Some people can’t get past the feeling of shame when they are naked. They hurry through the brief times that they have to be without clothing, like showering, and turn it into an unpleasant chore that has to be done. I say enjoy your bare times, walk, work and go about your daily home task without clothing. Try it for a while and I think you will agree, there should be no shame being nude.
